Stacia and her team were absolutely amazing. I got preapproved in a day, and closed in two weeks, right before July 4th (7/2)!!! How crazy is that? I can’t thank them enough and would honestly recommend them to everyone I know looking to finance or refinance a home. Stacia really leads with education, thoroughly explaining the process every step of the way. She is honest, and is going to be one of your biggest allies in the home buying process if you choose Team Weishaar to journey through the process. First time working with Stacia and her team is like a suspense movie. I applied, got pre-approved, submitted offer, offer reviewed and seller accepted my offer on the same day, how crazy is that?? This proved that the team and I worked at top speed to make this happen. It was my first home purchase and I was really green on everything but Stacia guided me through and was available to answer my questions promptly and professionally. To me, being available and not trying to force feed information that affects my decision is one of the important criteria to build trust and yes, Team Stacia made it and I am very happy in all my dealings with her. Stacia and her team were amazing! After having a really bad experience with a previous lender, I was very nervous. But her team was super responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. They took lots of extra time to keep us updated and informed. Stacia did several phone calls with us to make sure we understood every aspect of our loan and process. She had an amazing way of explaining the process. I could definitely tell she was passionate about helping people find good loans and good homes for their finances.
