From starting the application at 7 pm on a Sunday, to texting while we were signing our closing documents- Wendi and Danielle were 100% supportive and kind! I could not have asked for a more positive experience for our first home purchase. Wendi was responsive and personable and she made me feel empowered to get through this. We closed in 3 weeks after our very first offer was accepted. I’d originally prequalified with a big mortgage lender out of state and had a tough time communicating after hours before we even made an offer. I’m so thankful we found Caliber and Team Atencio. I honestly did not think we’d be able to make this dream a reality, but we got the keys thanks to Wendi, and if we ever have the chance we will send our friends her way.

Wendi Atencio and her team is a great team that I have ever worked with. With Atencio team I was able to have everything done either by email or on Caliber's website; this helped me a lot due to my work's schedule. Everything was so simple; I just had to upload all needed information on the website and one of team members would contact me right a way, and from there we had everything done. Wendi was the best! She was flexible in regards to our hectic schedules but diligent when it came time to representing our best interests in regards to timing and obtaining the title. It was important to her that we make an informed decision about our mortgage rate, and she was able to produce a breakdown of our monthly payment with ease--that really helped us nail down what we could afford and avoid looking at homes we couldn't.

So easy to work with and knowledgeable! I was going thru a divorce and credit issues and she stuck with me for nearly a year!

Wendi was always ready to help, and a text message or email away. She is Extremely knowledgeable(especially with VA loans), friendly, and ready to help at any time. My husband and I had already owned a house before this purchase, but even still we felt weary and we certainly had Many questions. We knew if needed,we could always contact Wendi and receive a response almost immediately! Her dedication and knowledge was certainly a great asset to have by our side in this purchase.

Wendi was on top of things from the get go. Seamed stressful to me but it has only been a month since I put offer on house and I am already closed and moved in..
