Brian made sure we understood everything we were agreeing to on the loan side and recommended some options when it came to credits and the check from Redfin to make sure we weren't losing money anywhere. We first decided to reach out to Brian because of a recommendation through our Redfin agent, Michael Drylie. Brian was everything and more than what Michael hyped him up to be. I would recommend Brian and his team to friends and family. Brian even does the little extra things he doesn't have to do, but I will say it adds a personal touch of class and makes you feel like number 1 as a client. Him and Shant make themselves available at almost any hour a normal person would be awake, but I never called or texted late because c'mon, these guys are people too. BUT it's really nice to know they are a phone call away if you really can't wait to just ask the next day.

The loan and financial process of home buying is tough to navigate and I feel like it's purposely set up to screw home buyers over. However, Brian and his team were so patient with my husband and I during our buying process: he answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure that we understood the process, where we were in the process, and what's to come in the process. He made this financial process as transparent as possible and worked so expediently to make sure our documents are all gathered and set. I absolutely trust him and his team and highly recommend him. Brian, and the team that he works with at Skyline, is awesome! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Brian took the time to walk us through the lending process and explain all the intricacies. Brian always made himself available and got back to our questions usually within a few hours. We felt really comfortable with him and the fact that he put us at ease and made the lending process very transparent is the reason why we decided on Skyline. Brian got us a fast preapproval and once we were in escrow, he and his team set up our loan stuff really quickly and seamlessly. We ended up cancelling our escrow on this property so we didn't see the entire process through with Skyline. But we'll definitely work with Brian and Skyline again for future homes.

First and Foremost, Brian and his entire team at Skyline Home Loans (Antonio in particular) are simply AMAZING. They are extremely responsive, honest and meticulous. Josh (Redfin agent) had provided us excellent feedback about Brian and his team, so I had approached Brian (fellow TROJAN) as I had to switch lenders (worst experience with Credit Union) on 8th day of ESCROW process. As a firs time home buyer I was a little anxious as I had already lost 7 days of the escrow process to remove the loan contingency. Brian understood the situation and was prompt in getting all the documents processed. He not only made sure that we met all the deadlines but also made us feel comfortable at every step of the home purchase. His team is so efficient that I had the option of closing at least a week earlier. Brian is undoubtedly the best lender. I am so glad he was recommended to me.

Brian is very professional, kind, considerate and patient. He works efficiently to get the job done. He would periodically contact us to check in to see how we were doing on the home buying process BEFORE we ever entered escrow. Before going into escrow, we asked Brian if he was comfortable with changing the Loan and Inspection contingencies from 17 days to 10 days and waiving the Appraisal contingency to make our offer more competitive. He assured us that he would work to the shorter contingencies and proved himself to be a man of his word by having our loan fully approved in 5 days after we entered escrow. This was possible due to our financial stability and Brian's hard work in getting the appraisal completed quickly and the loan approved shortly after the appraisal.
