Strong start, lacking finish. We felt that at the beginning she was very responsive and creative in helping us. Towards the end, it seemed only half of our correspondence was acknowledged and we sent along everything that was asked for twice. It also was frustrating knowing what and when was needed as well as what was expected of us. This is was our first home buying experience so we didn't know the procedures. Nobody told us what to expect. In the end it all worked out and we got our house.
