As a first time home buyer I was going into this process overwhelmed and a bit lost. Alex made everything seem so easy! He walked me through (call, email, text) through everything; called me every time there was an update or "hiccup"; was extremely patient in explaining things so I could understand what was going on and what the next steps were.
