Dan Rader worked very hard to make the loan process as painless as possible in this day of onerous requirements. Would recommend Dan to anyone looking for a loan. Everything was handled remotely!!

We went with NBKC because they had a good reputation among veterans groups. We had a rocky start as our first loan officer wasn't very communicative and disappeared several weeks in. Appraisals are usually ordered very quickly but it took 3 weeks to get ours ordered. Our replacement loan officer, Aspen Hill, was great; she was very helpful and communicative and got us closed on time. I felt that if we were with her from the start things would have gone much more smoothly and caused us way less stress. So in the end, it's hard to review an entire bank when the the experience rests so heavily on the quality of an individual's service.
