Deanna addressed every scenario (i.e. price point, interest rates, loan types, etc.) we had, educating us as we went along. She was so fabulous, that we have recommended her to a colleague and will continue to shout her praises to others in need of a mortgage.

Deanna was terrific! She helped me find the best rates available, explained in clear and understandable details all of my options, she was VERY VERY responsive through text and email, she gave me great advice and she had a sweet and caring personality. I have heard the horror stories from others about their lending experience. I had not one problem, Deanna was upfront, once I gave her all of the required paperwork, it was such an efficient process. She made this so easy and so quick. It was great!!! I will miss working with Deanna, she knows her stuff, has a great personality and gets things done! Qualities everyone is looking!!

We initially agreewto close in 30days, but ultimately closed in 28days, an aggressive time line. Deanna was ontop ot from Day 1. I highly recommend Deanna.

Overall, I was pleased with Deanna and with the services provided by Navy Federal. Deanna was very responsive and answered all my questions as a first time home buyer. Navy Federal worked with me to match a rate I received from PenFed which I appreciated. Also, Navy Federal does not require a mortgage insurance premium which made them more attractive as well. If you qualify for Navy Federal, I would recommend using them to purchase your home.

I actually worked with Nathan Anolik as my primary contact at NFCU. Nathan was very helpful. He provided timely communication and was able to close my VA Loan in less that two weeks. Most financial institutions take much longer. I would definitely recommend Nathan and NFCU to friends and family.

Navy Federal offered, by far, the best interest rate for our VA mortgage. We were warned that their customer service would be lacking, but I think we got really lucky with Deanna. She was very responsive via email and phone. We were less pleased with the other Navy Federal lady who helped prepare some of our paperwork, and some of the documents were not very clear. However, it was worth it for the low rate, and we would recommend Deanna.

We love Navy Federal Credit Union. It is our normal credit union. We were told that credit unions do not give the best interest rates for home mortgages, which seemed to be true. Navy offered us a higher than expected interest rate. So, we were going to go with Steve Fox with First Savings Mortgage since he is highly rated on Redfin. He gave us a wonderful rate. So, we were going to cancel with Navy Federal. Then Deanna told us Navy Federal Credit Union would match the low rate Steve Fox gave us. Because it meant we would stay with our normal credit union, we decided to go with Navy and Deanna. Deanna was busy, but she always returned our messages and emails quickly. When talking to her, she seemed to care and have our best interest in mind.
