Jason, Constance, Marali, Brooke, and Andrew were all fantastic. During the home buying process, my realtor referred me to Jason after the sellers didn't want to work with the lender I had chosen, they wanted me to choose someone local. I was worried that I wouldn't have the information I needed in time for my offer to be accepted, but, Jason and his team worked diligently to get me preapproved, and Jason even called the sellers agent! When my offer was finally accepted, there was never anything for me to get anxious over. The team kept me updated on the process every single step of the way. When I had a question, it was always answered quickly and professionally. I was even able to close two weeks early! I am so grateful I ended up with a local lender and I can't recommend Jason and his team enough.

Jason Nader, JD Beck, and Constance Olmert are the best financial team I've ever had, hands down. We were referred to First Home by our Redfin realtor Ari. We were having issues with our VA-loan being closed out on our current home in NC before the purchase of our new home in MD, we were essentially backwards on the closings, we had brought this up with our mortgage team at Navy Federal and we were told to do a conventional loan, but we did not have $100k on-hand to cover the down payment on a $1 Million house! So we had to stay with a VA-loan. This is where Jason and his team at First Home came in with a comprehensive solution that allowed us to sell the NC home prior-to the MD home purchase, and give us funds for closing costs! We were so worried we were going to miss the window for our dream home due to issues that we caused, and we are forever grateful to Jason and his team in all they did. I have rarely seen such performance, speed, and accuracy outside of a military operation.

Jason is a consummate professional, old school style. He's the doctor who makes house calls -- he's the milkman delivering fresh bottles to your front step every morning. My wife and I found the house on a Saturday morning and decided on the spot to put in a bid. This is in a town where real estate moves in a matter of hours, not days or weeks. In order to put in that bid, it was highly recommended that we had a pre-approval in hand. I went to an old friend in the business -- no dice, his company didn't work in Maryland. I reached back out to my realtor for help. He steered me toward Jason. I'm calling this guy's cell phone on a Saturday afternoon, and he starts working with me while he's sitting in his car at his daughter's lacrosse practice. Within an hour, I have a pre-approval and within 36 hours, I have a contract. From this point, Jason and I are on the phone or e-mail days, nights, weekends. I ask a lot of questions -- he gives a lot of answers. Straight talk. Exactly what I need to make decisions that commit me to hundreds of thousands of dollars in mortgage. Throughout the process, Jason and his team held my hand, gave me specific guidance, made it ridiculously easy for me to get them what they needed, and the whole process was so smooth, clear, and simple, I was actually happy to part with my hard-earned dough. Come right on to the night before closing -- there's an 11th-hour problem. Jason calls in favors, after hours, to make things happen on time. What can I say? I would recommend Jason to EVERYBODY. I may never get to meet this guy in person, but if I did, I'd be buying him beverages of his choice. Thanks to Jason and his team, this entire process was painless -- my thanks to them all.
