He kept me realistic on what I could afford and answered all of my endless questions. I couldn't have bought this home without his guidance and expertise. I ended up with a 30yr fixed at 3.375% and no escrow required. Even though he is extremely busy he managed to always give me timely information. The closing was slightly difficult but he managed it well and got me a fantastic rate. I have already begun recommending him to all friends for purchases and refi.
