Sebastian is a top notch lender that I will recommend to everyone! All throughout the process he was very responsive and demonstrated he knows his stuff, which is very reassuring throughout the stressful process of homebuying. He got the closing docs and HUD to the settlement company 5 days before the settlement date which resulted in a smooth closing.
