I can't thank Steve enough! For someone that was an extreme rookie when it comes to first time home buying, he made is super simple to understand. Steve took everything with my situation into consideration and was able to get me the best rate possible. He guided me on every decision and offered his most sincere advice. On top of that, he's available at almost any hour, it's like he doesn't sleep! I highly recommend Steve for anyone's lending needs. Steve was the hardest worker I have ever met. He helped us slice & dice the numbers a hundred different ways showing us how the numbers would amortize with different interest rates, different down payment amounts, different levels of re-casting, and went the extra mile when issues arose. He even came to our closing to give us some wine of our choice. He was extremely responsive and had a good sense of humor each time we would ask him to look at the numbers 'just one more time.' I would 100% highly recommend Steve to anyone!!
