Todd goes above and beyond with the personal service he provides. He listened to what we were comfortable spending, provided us with flexible options allowing us to choose what worked best for us, suggested home owners insurance company that was significantly less than our prior vendor, connected us with a title company that was phenominal and caught an error in the seller's title that saved us future stress. Thankful for the service he provided and will definitely use again in the future if needed.

Todd Dennis certainly went well above and beyond to assist my husband and I in securing financing for our condo purchase. He was able to get us a VA loan and he made sure that we had all of our paperwork in order so that the loan application could be processed in a timely manner. I am not really good with numbers and I had so many questions that would drive a normal person crazy, but Todd answered all of them in a patient and professional manner.
