DBL Check LLC is the only Austin Texas home inspection firm that requires that each inspector hold a Professional Inspector license. This designation requires more education, training and experience. Additionally each inspector is required to obtain a Texas Department of Agriculture license and certifications in thermography and HVAC System Performance.

He offered recommendations on even some minor, cosmetic things that other inspectors would have just skipped over. The report was clear and easy to understand. The inspection services DBL Check provided us were above and beyond! I was present for the entire inspection, and Daniel did a great job making sure I knew all items that would need repair or maintenance--even small ones that I wouldn't have noticed after living in the house. The report was incredibly detailed, including pictures and forward-looking maintenance tips, in addition to detailed notes about items that needed to be addressed after purchase. Through the closing process, my agent, attorney, and others mentioned several times that they had never seen an inspection report that was so thorough and detailed. This detail was extremely helpful during repair allowance negotiations. The next time I need property inspected, DBL Check IS the list!

We were very impressed with DBL Check. I spoke to Aaron a few times on the phone. He was friendly, helpful, and didn't try to upsell us on extras that we didn't need. I can't say enough good things about how wonderful Jason was when he came out to inspect our house. As someone who has never gone through this process before, I had no idea which problems were serious or which ones I didn't need to worry about. Jason patiently walked me through every detail, explaining what would need to be done, how big of a priority it would be to fix, and giving me other tips along the way. He made me feel comfortable that our house was in good shape and confident that we wouldn't encounter any big surprises after moving in. I highly recommend DBL Check to anyone who needs an inspection.
