I've used Austin Property Inspections to inspect two different homes during my first home buying adventure. Josh came out each time and carefully inspected the homes. The first home we had inspected had a lot of unforeseen issues and his thorough inspection ensured we didn't buy a home that was in need of serious repairs. Our second home inspection went well but Josh still made sure we were aware of any potential safety hazards and things to watch out for in the future. If you're in need of a detail oriented home inspector I can't recommend Austin Property Inspections enough.

Austin Property Inspections did a fabulous job inspecting our home. He arrived right on time and took time after his inspection was complete to go over some of the things he found. He even noticed the small amount of attic space our home has at the attic entry but found that in another section of the home there was plenty of space if we should ever find ourselves needing it. He also made some suggestions on small simple things we could do to make this home more efficient.

They were easy to schedule and we got an appointment quickly. This was on a short notice and when we did not have a lot of options in the time window we needed. Their price was reasonable and comparable to many of the other property inspection companies. The inspector was at the property on time. It was a cold, rainy day but that didn't come in the way of the inspection. They did provide us with a good report. However, we have seen a few other reports of our friends homes that were more detailed. The inspection was mostly based on visual judgement.
