Price was reasonable, but inspection was mediocre. Basically just went through a checklist. After the inspection they say you get support from a few third party companies to set up your utilities and such. Basically, the forward and potentially sell your information. I’ve had lower cost inspectors that have been great. Normally they are new ones trying to build their own inspection company, but these guys are basically a chain and their service is lacking.
