Quick and efficient service. Chin and company know what they're doing. Estimates for repairs are on the higher end but I'm sure those are negotiable if need be.

Very professional. Later on, when I consulted with an architect, I learned that East Bay Structural & Termite is very well respected... and thus, not questioned. I also was suitably impressed and took confidence in the fact that they were unwilling to write an estimate for certain repairs that seemed pretty obvious until and unless they could get better access to certain parts of the property. They could have simply written such an estimate (which would have been to my benefit) but clearly their honesty and professionalism took precedence over profit. So yes, I highly recommend. When I sold my home, I had Terminix do an inspection. It was a horrific experience - they left a large visible hole in our porch that they refused to repair (unless we paid xxx more) and our selling agent was as furious as we were over this. So I do know the difference between inspection companies that are reputable and those that are not.
