I appreciate that his team didn't take any shortcuts and I was impressed that he was time-managed to not only inspect everything but also walk me through what they found. He even had feedback on how some issues could have gotten that way and what steps I could do as a homeowner to repair and prevent the same issues from happening again. Unlike other inspectors who, I feel, just want to get it done fast or hope to get future work from their inspection, Robert truly is an inspector who made me feel informed about the house I was getting and which repairs I or a trades person could easily do without much cost. Prepaying for the inspection and reviewing the report quickly was super easy because it was all online. I'm so grateful my realtor works with him.
