What a wonderful man and thorough inspector.

The inspector that was assigned to my inspection was Leo. He was absolutely amazing. He was personable, he took his time, was very thorough, answered all my question and provided a very detailed report. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Carl is a top notch professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and followed up through the repair and reinspection. Great to work with such a friendly and helpful inspector!

CBI was a pleasure to work with. They communicated every step of the way, from scheduling through the performance of the inspection. Optional, yet desirable, inspections were offered with no pressure. We selected some which gave us peace of mind. The inspection report was very thorough with pictures and comprehensive reports describing findings and recommendations. CBI was very responsive to any questions and resolved any doubts in my mind. They also worked well with our Redfin agent, Bill Josh. Overall, this team is one I recommend to anyone purchasing in the Central Florida area and anywhere else they cover.

I cannot recommend Jason and CFBI highly enough - 11/10. Extremely thorough start to finish and very easy to work with. I have been attempting to purchase a home from out of state and have had multiple inspections with CFBI, each over 4 hours long, one in which catastrophic issues were identified that saved me from moving forward on a purchase that could have cost tens of thousands in remediation. I thought they were very thorough. However there were some things my inspector simply didnt know how to work and was going to mark as broken. For example, my hot water heater was brand new and he was going to say it was broken and my realtor had to point something out to him. He also said I had a live wire on my pool and didnt. I just wish I had someone a little more knowledgeable. I also had a post inspection and I was told there were some roof issues that should have been addressed that he did NOT catch.
