I’m sure Don knows his trade well but I feel like we spent more time talking than inspecting. Granted we were buying a 4 year old house with very few flaws but I didn’t find out about 2 minor issues until I read the report. I specifically asked him if he found anything and he said no. I would have liked to have seen the issues while onsite with him. On the positive side he arranged the radon test such that it was completed before our onsite inspection.
