This was my second experience with an inspector (the first was with a different person and company) and this experience was far superior to the first. John took a few hours checking everything, taking pictures, explaining possible improvements, and even gave me advice on my renovation ideas as we walked around. The report I got afterwards was comprehensive and easy to understand. I would recommend John to anyone.

John was very thorough during the inspection process. We appreciated how he allowed us to accompany him throughout the house and he explained which items were small things that could wait and which items were more urgent. We also liked that he listened to our plans for the house and offered suggestions on how it could be best done. His report was very thorough and user friendly with pictures of all the issues so that we could see exactly what he was referring to. We would definitely recommend him to anyone else needing s home inspection.
