We specialize in conducting a very thorough inspection along with cutting edge documentation. What sets Buss Inspections apart from other inspections companies is that the inspection report includes full video documentation and a private webpage for viewing needs. The videos allow you to review the entire inspection afterwards online. For convenience, an electronic report with digital photos is also provided via internet. The inspector, Charlie Hutchinson, was knowledgeable, thorough, and ensured that the home I was buying was properly maintained and I didn’t have anything to worry about in moving forward on the property. The inspection report was extremely detailed and helped make the requests to the homeowner very simple. Furthermore, they videotaped the entire inspection. Many companies don’t provide this service as part of your inspection. I would highly recommend using Buss Inspection. They’re affordable, thorough, and extremely professional.

He explains every detail of his inspection and is always available for follow-up questions. Whole inspection is also documented via videos and photographs. He is also a trustworthy referral source. Wanted radon testing done and he suggested a company that did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

It was the most thorough inspection I have ever had. The fact that he made videos off what he saw took all the emotion out of what he found. Everyone could see why he said what he did. Also, the videos let the sellers communicate the scope of work with contractors easily. He also invited me to call him back if I had follow on questions. The seller's agent was so impressed he took Peter's card. The seller's agent told me he would recommend Peter to his clients.

Pete was willing to accommodate our last-minute inspection request, worked late into the evening on the inspection, and made himself readily available for all questions and concerns after the inspection was complete. The report was delivered promptly and the videos were extremely helpful to be able to refer back to and review with contractors. I highly recommend Pete for your home inspection. Remember that you absolutely get what you pay for when it comes to home inspections. Hire a great inspector - it could save you a lot of money down the road.
