I already rated Will on Facebook and am proud to do it again. Will was a great inspector. He encouraged me to follow him during the inspection, was thorough in checking electric, windows, utilities, attic, garage, etc. He was available for follow-up for estimates of repairs and quick with his report.

Will wrote a very through report for our house. It had plenty of pictures and showed us things that needed to be addressed by the seller. He was on time and even submitted the report to me the same evening.

Will knows the ins and outs of home inspection like none other. He was very thorough in the inspection looking at everything from air ducts to the plunger in the sink. He inspected all outlets and light switches and even noted a slight noise in the water heater which none of us but Will heard. He truly has an eye for detail and experience to know if something is wrong, how it can be fixed properly and approximately how much it will cost. He leaves no stone un-turned and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is in need of an inspector or wants an opinion on who to hire to get things fixed correctly.

Very knowledgeable, informed, and able to break it down just the way it needs to be. the only improvement would be a slightly better arrangement/layout of the report. otherwise perfect!

We have used will 3 times now for home inspections he is extremely thorough and will not hold back. He makes sure you know every potential issue with the home and gives you a good idea about whether it is a serious problem or not. Do not hesitate to use him, i would never hire a different inspector.
