Our experience with Axium was okay. The initial inspection experience was timely, professional, and informative. We appreciated how thorough the inspector was, and took the time to explain his concerns with us. We paid extra for a mold inspection and received the results a couple days later than we were told, which was after our inspection objection deadline. (Luckily there were no mold issues, but it would have been a problem since we were past the deadline to object/ask for concessions with the seller.) We had to follow-up multiple times to get these results, which was frustrating after spending almost $1K with this company.
