Chad produced an incredibly detailed report which highlighted many things we would never have thought to look at. The inspection report helped us secure 5k in seller credits to service/repair some of these concerns and was absolutely worth the cost. Only unfortunate bit was that we were out of town when the inspection took place so we couldn't attend personally, but our realtor was impressed with the attention to detail.

This is the second time we have used Seven Star Home Advisors and we couldn't be happier or recommend them more. We used them for our most recent home purchase and our first home as well. Both times we have used them we have received incredibly detailed reports detailing everything from minor cosmetic defects to major issues. At the end of the inspection they took the time to sit down with us and go over in detail all of the issues they found and discuss what would need to be done to repair and which should be addressed immediately versus which could be taken care of as part of general home maintenance. Their prior experience as general contractors really makes all the difference. I can say with my previous home in the five years I owned it we didn't find any surprises or things they missed in their inspection We bought our most recent home in "as is" condition and I truly wouldn't have felt comfortable doing so if Chad at Seven Star hadn't done the inspection.

Chad was great. With COVID, we weren't able to be physically present for the inspection. Chad sent a through report, clearly detailing the issues with the home an prioritizing them for us. He included tons of photos and videos. Made detailing our objections that much easier. Chad also spent some time on the phone with us talking through what he found. Very detailed. Highly recommend!

The home inspector was very thorough. He identified and documented a few concerns that we were able to address with the sellers. Specifically, he used an infrared detector to find a leaking toilet, which if it had gone undetected could have caused major damage. We highly recommended Seven Stars.

Doug was excellent! He spent over 2 hours inspecting a fairly small house and provided pictures and found issues I never would have thought about. The report provided was thorough and had lots of pictures and video so we could make a fully informed decision. He explained everything to me in ways I could understand with no 'mansplaining' whatsoever. The fee was perfectly reasonable for all the work that they put in.
