Hedderman's engineering report is beautifully written but includes too much boiler plate. Photographic support was impressive. Unfortunatel, Hedderman missed baseboard water damage in several rooms. Almost oblivious to much double pane window deterioration. Their cursory inspection of household equipment was disappointing. After a week in the house, I now realize I should have chosen a more critical less seller friendly service. I can understand why real estate agents recommend Hedderman. They put on a good show but inspections was haphazard.
