We went with TCHI as a recommendation from our realtor and we were assigned Matthew. We were onsite during the inspection and noted that Matthew was extremely thorough in his inspection of the home we were looking to buy. During his inspection, he provided commentary and a review of his findings at the end and how best to interpret them. He was very friendly and willing to step through what he found with either my husband or myself. I would recommend him and TCHI for anyone looking to inspect their home.

Scott was wonderful! Very thankful he let me be his shadow during the entire inspection. He showed me everything he was doing and looking for. When we came back after some fixes were done, I felt confident after his explanations that I could assess the updates. I recommend taking notes in addition to the inspection report (which was thorough), as his explanation of my new house has been the basis for our understanding of our home. Lots of great tips, tricks, and I feel better about what to look for in case things come up in the future.
