I was only able to do a virtual inspection with Green Tech but the live session was extremely detailed and the inspection was thorough. It was not rushed. Every single item was explained to me: the severity or significance and the type of attention an item needed. Nothing was too small to be noted. When I did the final walkthrough, all their findings were accurate. Nothing was misrepresented and overlooked. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

The inspection report was very thorough - as a long time real estate investor it's difficult to not be allowed at the inspections and to rely on the report. But it was easy to follow the report and I felt that I could have called the inspector if I had any questions. Logging in to the system proved problematic and I eventually had to get the inspection report sent to my by my broker as it never appeared on my 'access page' on the company web site.

This is the second time I have used Jason Rivera as my home inspector. The fact I’m a repeat customer speaks volumes about his work. This time he exceeded my expectations again by photographing every loose shingle. Even spotted a dent in the gables where a tree used to stand. I was also very impressed with his discovery of water leaks from inside the bathroom wall and the sit-in bathtub door. No stone unturned again ! I highly recommend Jason’s inspection services.
