I was present at the home inspection. Michael was very thorough and informative. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Very knowledgeable, personable & easy to work with. I will ask him to do another inspection before my 1 year warranty expires. I highly recommend this company & especially this inspector.

The inspection was very thorough, and the findings were explained very well so we could make a confident, well-informed decision about buying the property. This review is a little late but things get busy while buying and selling a house out of state. My wife and I chose Advantage Inspection based on good reviews and were very happy with their home inspection process. David met with our buyer realtor at the house and did a thorough remote walkthrough explaining his findings. He provided great information and also explained some maintenance issues my wife and I decided to have addressed before proceeding with the purchase. What really helped us is he later returned to reinspect the repairs the seller paid their own contractor to complete. We felt David was friendly and knowledgable during each of our video and phone interactions. We now own the home and are thankful we gave Advantage Inspection our business.
