Jason was extremely knowledgeable person who did a very thorough home inspection. I purchased an older home and his insight was invaluable and I will be referring to the report for repairs and updates for years to come. The report is very in depth while easy to understand and follow and was provided to me very quickly. He makes great recommendations for repairs. It is a great value for your money to have this type of knowledge about what you're buying and if you do buy, you'll have a valuable reference tool.
