Blue Ladder strives to stay up-to-date on the newest construction standards, using the tools that help find the hidden problems. Unlike many inspectors, all home inspections by Blue Ladder include thermal imaging.

Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show clients things about their homes that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods.
