I was satisfied with our inspection. The finished report was easy to read & understand. The inspector took the time to give us an overview right there on the spot with the major concerns before the report to give us a heads up on what to expect. He went above & beyond when we couldn't find a clean-out valve for the sewer by getting waist deep in a bush & shoveling out the rock to find it. I was a little disappointed that they did not offer the camera scope services for when we couldn't find the valve, but that was out of their control. Overall, it was a quick & informative service that I would use again!
