Have gone through numerous home purchases over the years and been disappointed with home inspections. We have had black mold, bare electrical wires, water damage, insect infestation, structural problems missed. I am happy to say, Prime Home Inspection has renewed our faith in what is possible. They had a thorough report to us the day the inspection was complete. It included ample photos and videos. Their software allows for easy generation of a specific list of repairs to present to the seller. We will use Prime for al future purchases in the area.
