This was a thorough inspection. The inspector was very thorough, clear with details, and left nothing unobserved. The only reason for the 9 instead of 10 was that the hallway lights was said to not work, but they did work under a particular condition that might not have been tried out. I had to figure it out afterwards. Another issue was the neutral in the laundry room was indeed working when the inspector said it wasn't. Honestly, it's way better to over emphasize issues than underemphasize them.
