We are impressed with the detail and thoroughness of pre-blue tape home inspection by Mr. Ty Wall. Items noted by Mr. Wall included noisy condenser on the air conditioner for which Bellaire Homes discovered a bent fan which was repaired/replaced, and electric wires in contact with vent from water heater which was corrected by placing foam insulation on the vent pipe. We highly recommend Lange Home Inspection for prospective home owners,.

BJ seemed very competent and produced his home inspection report very quickly. Not his fault because a family was still living there during the inspection - there were some issues with the home that weren't great to discover after the fact. One thing we didn't love - BJ shared our info with "Concierge Services" who kept calling and emailing us - I was uncomfortable that our information was shared with an unfamiliar and questionable company.
