Talk about detailed! Andy gave a beautiful and amazing report with what needed to be done with my house. The report is easy to follow, as well as organized and very professional. The report made seperating big things that needed to be done vs little things so it was easy to set a deal with the sellers. After speaking with Andy, he offered one hell of a deal for an inspection on another house if the offer I made on the original deal did not follow through. I would recommmend him to anybody and am happy that he inspected my house.

Andy was recommended to me by a co-worker. I am so grateful to have chose him as our inspector. I definitely had a good time walking around the property with Andy! Since this is my future home I wanted to make sure I knew where everything was at. He really took his time to look at every nook and cranny of the home, which is very important. Basically our home had just small fixes that I could fix but, would have not been discovered without Andy. Thank you again! Ronen
