Bonnie England

Bonnie is THE BEST home inspector. She is incredibly thorough and practical. We've used her before when we bought our last house too. She has our complete trust and from her detailed inspection reports gives us confidence in our home buying process.

Bonnie did a fantastic inspection of the place. She seemed to know what she was talking about, and was very insightful. She was timely, and was very happy with the level of detail on her report.

I should say I know Bonnie outside of her role as an inspector but I appreciated that she was able to fit us in at near the last minute, offered options for an inspection that wasn't written up versus written up (major price difference). She spent a couple hours with us going over the house and detailing concerns and positive comments. While the house was in very good shape I didn't feel like her inspection was guided toward encouraging/discouraging us to buy; more of a frank, objective review of the various aspects of the house and things that weren't up to code. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Bonnie was knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to explain issues and how to fix them to me as she went through the house. I appreciated her faith in my ability to fix some things on my own, as well as the thoroughness of her inspection.

Bonnie was thorough and she took time to explain how my condo worked. Her report was fantastic as well. One thing is that I was not able to reach her again after her service was over.

Bonnie is excellent! Thorough, highly professional and very knowledgeable. She did 2 inspections for me. One place I was going to buy, thank goodness Bonnie found some serious issues. She inspected my current home, made some observations and suggestions and overall did a great job. She provides detailed reports with color photos, which can be printed out and-or sent to the seller. I recommend Bonnie most highly!!!
