I’ve worked with three or four different home inspectors, and Paul Ryan is by far the best of the bunch. He is both knowledgeable and thorough, but more than that, he is personable. If you attend your inspection, be prepared to learn something, because he will walk you through every inch of your chosen property and tell you everything about it that may need to be fixed, big and small. He will also recommend the best fix for each problem. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector!

Paul was great! I recommend attending the home inspection because Paul offers plentiful nuggets of knowledge. Fear not though! The information will be compiled in a report with pictures and appropriate comments (my task list for the next year). His thorough inspection found a mold situation that was later mitigated on the seller's dime. Paul also recommended more permanent fixes to many of the minor shortcomings of our new property.

I would highly recommend Paul. He was so friendly and talkative that I wasn't sure if he was really paying attention to everything. Then I saw his report. The detail was exceptional. He took very clear pictures of everything as well as edited the pictures with arrows pointing out the exact problems for everything he found. I had gotten several inspection reports in the past, and none were done with the level of detail Paul provided. In this market, we didn't push back on the sellers to fix anything which means we will do it ourselves. Having such a quality report really goes a long way towards making the work we need to do actionable. Thank you Paul.
