Samuel Rea is the best! ! ! Again, as with Victor, we hope this is our last home purchase, but, if we have to go thru this process again, we can't imagine doing it without Samuel Rea. He has been with us on inspecting a whopping 3 houses for us before we found what we were looking for. Samuel Rea is courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable and, for us, is the beginning and end for home inspecting. Let me hasten to add that out of the 3 homes Samuel inspected for us, two of them were good to go as far as Samuel was concerned so the fact that the deal did not go through had nothing to do with his inspection..rather disagreements between seller and buyer on certain points. Can't say enough good things about Samuel Rea! ! ! In home inspecting, Samuel Rea is the best.

We used Sam for two different inspections. He was very thorough and we have since referred to the results several times during the course of our home rehab. I'm very pleased that we have not come across a surprise issue with the home, and I know we can thank Sam for that!
