I always welcome feedback from my clients. It is extremely rare that it is not a stellar review as evidenced by my reviews. This situation was unusual as the client was not present at the inspection and opted for a verbal report. It was my understanding that she or a representative for her was going to be present. I waited some time beyond the completion of the inspection at the home to walk and talk through the house with the client, but no one was present or available by phone. Eventually I updated the broker with the findings and never actually spoke with the client. I take this as a learning opportunity and now only offer verbal reports to clients who are present throughout the inspection.
