Superb! Coy did a great job on a hot afternoon. He did a thorough 4-hour inspection and took time to explain issues to us and to answer our questions. We are thankful to have added the sewer line inspection for he found a root intrusion we would have never known about until it was a big problem. Coy has lived in the area many years and as new residents, we found that helpful in learning how to care for a desert home and what issues we might face in the future. We would recommend BPI without hesitation.

This company puts their money where their mouth is better than almost any I have ever dealt with. Some items during our inspection were not investigated quite as deeply as I would have liked and when a couple of shortcomings were discovered, Coy who is one of the pricincipals, did not hesitate in making sure things were corrected and financially covered. He is as standup an owner of a business as you will find. Great to work with !

Colorful and easy-to-read reports but there seem to be more disclaimers than actual details a buyer like me is interested in. The additional charge for pool inspection is a joke. Despite some visible elements being faulty were pointed out, the missing salt sensor and temperature sensor just should not have been missed. The filthiness of the pool ( with dog poo and tons of hairs) was either not pointed out or not given enough emphasis. I think it is a total waste of money for this pool inspection. A proper pool inspector might not cost too much more than this additional option. Lesson learned. The inspection of the house itself was comparatively better.

Even when the client is unable to attend the inspection, as in this case, we always call the client at the end of the inspection and outline the summary of issues, in detail. We offer a 200% Guarantee, which states; that if a client is dissatisfied with the inspection, we will refund their fee 100% and pay for another inspection company to complete the inspection. In this case, we were not aware of the client's dissatisfaction. Moving forward we will make sure to disclose this more clearly during our initial interaction so that our clients know about the resources we offer to help cushion their first-time home buying process.
