Greg did a great, thorough inspection for us. He gave us great tips on the home we bought, as well as great tips on the surrounding neighborhood.

Greg was a funny gentleman. It was a pleasure to talk to him. On top of that his rate was very reasonable. Having said that I felt that he could be more thorough . I was concurrently selling my home and the buyer's inspector listed 80 things (of which 15 were listed as critical repair items) to our attention even though our sales property was significantly newer, cleaner and more defect free than the one we are buying. Greg would be more favorable from seller's standpoint but I know for a fact that when I moved in, I would have to adjust/repair 10s of minor things. What Greg considered minor/major seemed a bit too subjective. I didn't really care because I was going to do some major DIY work once moved in. His service was good in that it ensured it didn't have "major" issues but some buyers like me may be interested in some minor points as well.

Greg is amazing to work with. Friendly, professional, good sense of humor, and the low cost he charges to perform his service is refreshing. If I ever need another inspection, or know of anyone who does, I will be passing his information on, so that he can prosper, because he deserves it. You wont be disappointed if you call him.

Greg performed the home inspection on a home my family and I were purchasing. Greg spent several hours reviewing the home and noted the key opportunities and shortfalls of the home. He is the first home inspector that I know who sits the potential buyer and realtor around a table and discusses the inspection. Great customer service followed by a well written electronic document.

Comprehensive for the price!

Greg was very thorough and organized when going over the home inspection. He was able to see the house within 24 hours of us calling him. He's very funny and had us laughing throughout his explanation of finding. Would 100 percent recommend Greg to anybody looking for an inspection... or a good laugh!

Inspection report was good for the inside of my home; however, the garage inspection was not adequate. The first day I moved in, my single door garage opener fell apart due to poor installation. The very next day my double door garage opener fall apart as well; again due to poor installation. I had to pay $75 to have the openers installed correctly. The washer/dryer flow control (located in the garage) was broken so when I removed the cap to install my washer hoses, water shot out all over the place. Many boxes I had put in the garage got soaking wet. I had to turn the water supply off to entire house. Cost me $30 in parts to repair.

Greg was very thorough. He sat down with us and answered every question we had. Tons of pictures. His goal really seemed to be making us aware of absolutely anything he found no matter how small.

Greg was terrific. Spent a lot of time inspecting the home, and equally as much time educating us about the home. Sellers left the breaker box and AC units locked during the inspection. Greg willingly came back out once the locks were off to inspect those items. I think most inspectors would not have done that (at least not without charging to come back out). Really thorough and easy to read report. Highly recommend Greg.

Greg was very nice, but I was Disappointed that even after I thought he did a thorough inspection, later I found out that wasn't the case. My plumbing was winterized and he didn't check the toilets or garbage disposal. In which 2 items were Not working and cost us an additional expense after move in. He was very nice, but I feel he didn't get the job done properly.

Greg was knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind with my purchase. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.
