Among other things that were NOT mentioned in his report, such as how impossibly difficult to turn on the cold water faucet in the master bathroom, broken garage door, broken soap dispenser in the kitchen, a light switch by the entryway that did not work at all, there are rodden droppings and urine stains everywhere in the attic, including many mouse traps. We found out about this after we moved in and has an electrician that needed to go to the attic. The electrician installed an exhaust fan for us and we saw zillions of rodden droppings fell from the ceiling. Super disgusting. The inspector name is Jeffrey Frawley. DO NOT associate yourself with this company. Sadly we had to find out from an electrician or else we wouldn't know. Now we have to hire someone to clean the entire attic.

Nothing to complain about. The inspector went though the report with me and explained significance of each of the findings.
