The Ertmans were reliable, prompt, thorough, and friendly. They discovered a leak issue that the sellers were unaware of, giving us time to address it during escrow. Their inspection report was very thorough and easy-to-read, complete with photos of any identified problems and/or recommendations. They also took the time to educate us about the location and use of various shut-off mechanisms and any unique quirks of the house during our walkthrough. Their knowledge was very apparent and made us feel comfortable with what we were getting into with our purchase.

Ron and his son are wonderfully thorough and gave both an intricately detailed and intuitive summary of their report. They gave honest opinions on what they thought should be taken care of immediately and what would need attention in the near and distant futures. They also responded quickly and knowledgeably to a concern we had over week later. They must see a dozen or so houses every week and they remembered in detail what they saw with ours. Very impressed with their professional demeanor and all encompassing knowledgeability.
