Rodney is very experienced with the home inspection process. He walks you through each part of the house and explains what things should be repaired or replaced. He even educates first time homebuyers on main power sources in the home and how to manage them. He was very thorough in what needed to be completed and gave us great advice on what we should make sure is done prior to moving in. He'll inspect every home as if he was moving in himself.
