Great attitude and very informative

Jim is head and shoulders above the rest of the home inspectors we have worked with previously. Very thorough and detail oriented, you should know close everything there is to know about a given house after it is inspected by Jim.

Jim is awesome. I reviewed him on Yelp too. He is great. He prices his inspections differently than other inspectors... I called around, and his prices are great, unlike other inspectors who want to price you on tiers of sq. ft. and will increase your price by $500 just because your home is 2,005 sq.ft instead of 2,000. Not Jim, he is fair in his pricing. He has great stories and has built himself a reputation of letting buyers know exactly what they are getting into if they were to continue with their purchase. He pointed out some major areas of concern with moisture in the basement and slope and grading of the land that I completely missed when I went to tour the home. I'd recommend Jim to any home buyer I know.

James is a hoot. He goes so far beyond home inspection to "here's how to get the most from your home." He has a very keen eye for spotting problems and a very savvy manner at writing them into the report to emphasize the right things.
