Philip Gamlin was awesome! He arrived early to the appointment to start the inspection of the interior. My husband and I were in the process of buying our first home, and Phil spent a long time taking us through each room of the house to point out each element of the inspection. He explained each aspect clearly, and he made recommendations that would improve our overall experience long-term. We never felt rushed, and all of our questions (even the most basic) were answered with kindness. Thank you!

We expected a more thorough inspection, don’t get me wrong he checked things, verified they were there and worked for a brief second and took lots of pictures. But things like not running the dishwasher for full cycle to determine if there were any leaks, which there were. Checking to see that appliances were installed to code, hole under sink, not to code, slop sink not installed to code, and plumbing not to code. We expected him to identify dry rotting wood and other exterior problems too. In past experiences, the inspection was done in our best interest but this inspection was not as we keep finding things that should have been identified, exposed and notated in the report. These issues add up and could have been mitigated with the sellers!
