I would not recommend Mr. Hurst. While he is an extremely likeable person, his poor performance in support of my home purchase impacted me negatively financially. It also forced me to address several issues immediately upon moving into my home, which did not lead to a smooth transition. To make matters worse, he did not return the voice mail messages I left for him subsequent to my home purchase.
