In the final inspection report, their were several photos that I feel was photo-shopped into the portfolio. These photos were totally from another property. I brought to the attention of the NACA HAND department. I didn't get any response. I felt that this was totally unprofessional from the person who submitted the finally report to NACA portal. I remember calling the owner requesting that he forward his final report to NACA after being informed that I couldn't submitted my own personal copy of the inspection report to the NACA Portal. He was very unprofessional, threatening that was going to submit anything until I pay him an additional $110.00 that he said I owed because I didn't tell him it was a NACA report. I know I told him it was. I had used this man's company before in November of 2019 for a property that I was trying to purchase but unfortunately that deal went fell through. Needless to say I we argued back and forth about what transpire. He was very belligerent, obnoxious, and condescending. I called back later with the same request, relenting to paying him the additional $ 110.00 for him to submit the report that was photo-shopped. Again there were two or three photos that was not representative of the property I was trying to purchase, nor were these alter photos in my original inspection report that I received from the inspector who came out to do the inspection vs. what the owner who's residence is somewhere in Florida.
