As-with any mortgage financer, the process of obtaining a mortgage can be as painful as a trip to the dentist or gynecologist. Craig and his group worked with us to get pre-approval several months prior to our finding a property to purchase. This process was only slightly painful. After negotiating the sale of our old property and the purchase of the new, Craig and his associates really stepped-up and made it all happen. Our highly regard real-estate attorney, Richard Ross, made the comment during closing that Craig was one of the best mortgage professionals he had dealings with in many years!
