Mary was highly recommended by my husband's colleagues and we totally agree - she is excellent! She is thorough, detailed, and operates with a high sense of urgency and respect to the tight deadline that some closes are under. My husband requested Mary provide interest rates daily while we were during the inspection/attorney review period of our house, and she did so with no complaints. We were able to lock in a great rate! Our loan application documents were over 70 pages long and Mary patiently went through the documents with us to answer all of our questions and explain what things meant or how the calculations were made. It is no doubt that Mary loves her job and greatly appreciates and values each and every customer. My husband must have exchanged hundreds of emails with her in the days leading up to our closing and she has never acted like we were a bother. She is wonderful and we would definitely recommend her services or use her again in the future!
